Larry D. Mosley

Larry began his career in 1981 with a local CPA firm in Trenton, Michigan. He has spent his entire career working with local CPA firms in Ohio and Michigan. His interest has always been in the tax area. He became tax partner of a local CPA firm in Toledo in 1988. Larry became President of Mosley, Pfundt & Glick, Inc. when the corporation was formed on December 1, 2008.

Larry has over 30 years of experience working with closely held companies. His experience ranges from working with start up companies to one of the largest physician groups in the country. He has worked with several types of industries from construction and manufacturing, to professional groups.

Larry is a 1981 graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor's of Business Administration, majoring in accounting. He earned his Certified Public Accountant license in 1983.

Larry and his wife, Joanne, live in Erie, Michigan, and have three children, Bryan, Brent and Kalyn. Larry has served as church Treasurer and he and Joanne have taught Bible class. They have also been involved with various booster groups at Erie Mason schools. Larry and his family enjoy traveling and sports.

Gary A. Pfundt, Jr. is a practicing Certified Public Accountant and Certified Valuation Analyst with over 20 years of experience as a financial professional. He is the Valuation Shareholder of Mosley, Pfundt & Glick, Inc. Gary became the vice president of Mosley, Pfundt & Glick, Inc. when the corporation was formed in December of 2008.

Gary has focused on the valuation of small businesses since 1996. He provides support to clients, attorneys, and owners who need a business valuation of closely held companies for estate and gift tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, buy sell agreements, and marital dissolutions. Gary has testified and been deposed on various valuation matters. Gary also has a growing tax, consulting, and accounting practice focused on closely held businesses.

Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saginaw Valley State University where he was a member of the baseball team. He has also completed a variety of post-graduate and continuing education courses. He received his certification as a Public Accountant in 1996 and his Valuation Analyst certification in 1997. Gary is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accounts, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Gary is very active in NACVA and, as such, is a member of the NACVA Grading Team, the Exam & Grading Committee.

Gary and his wife Kimberly and two children live in Monclova Township. They are members of St. Patrick of Heatherdowns church. Gary is the treasurer of the Toledo Area Humane Society and is board member of the Toledo Area Small Business Association. He is the past president of Josina Lott Foundation and Josina Lott Community & Residential Services.

Jane Glick

Jane Glick is an accounting and tax partner involved in all phases of accounting engagements, including financial reporting for review and compilation services, as well as corporate and individual tax return preparation and tax planning strategies. Jane has over twenty-five years of public accounting experience along with internal audit experience within the private sector. She has a Bachelor's of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Toledo, graduating with Cum Laude honors. Her experience in tax and accounting emphasizes small and medium sized business within the areas of commercial and residential real estate, manufacturing and personal services.

Jane resides in Temperance, Michigan along with her husband, daughter, and twin sons. She is an active member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, has taught CCD for ten years, and has served as treasurer of Brookwood Pool for four years.
